This program focuses on rhythm instruments such as drums,

castanets, maracas, tambourines and bells combined with creative

movement props like puppets, scarves, ribbons and beanbags. A

great introduction to the world of music.

and simple percussion in a fun, group setting. Kids will also learn

some chords on the piano and ukulele. There will be group activities

and play-along CDs. Each week a new instrumental family will be

introduced: strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, keyboard and

guitar. Cost of music books is $10 extra to be paid to the instructor.

Instrument rental is available.

for parent and child. Children will learn to find notes and play a

song by the end of the course. They will also learn to read music,
