ANDREW WAN
Teacher, Master Class and Workshop Clinician Andrew began violin lessons at the age of five and had his concerto debut at the age of 10. He has performed with numerous orchestras, including the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and the Cuban National Institute of Art Orchestra. Winner of the Canadian Music Competitions and National Music Festival Chamber Competitions, Andrew has concertized extensively in New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Havanna, New York, Ottawa, Quebec, and Edmonton. He has participated chamber master classes with the Juilliard, Orion, St. Lawrence and the Artis Quartets and has been coached by Seymour Lipkin, Michael Tree, Earl Carlyss, and Bonnie Hampton. This June, he will be a semifinalist in the upcoming Michael Hill International Violin Competition in New Zealand. Andrew is currently finishing his Bachelor of Music degree at the Juilliard School under the tutelage of Masao Kawasaki.

Asia, Guest panelist at Music West Conference, the National Songwriter Association's Expo in Los Angeles and other music related conferences. By special invitation, six members of ABACA Youth Records label's artists from the Donna Fishwick Piano Ensemble, accompanied her to perform at the Cairo Opera House for Her Excellency, The First Lady, Mrs. Susan Mubarak and The Egyptian Association For Children, Culture and Arts, along with the Egyptian Ministries of Health and Education with much success, bravo's and standing ovations! Composer/Songwriter having written the song used for the historic “Vancouver Summit” for Pres. Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin. When not adjudicating, her students have competed internationally, having won awards at the INF in Egypt and more recently, the Golden Star International Pop Song Festival in Romania (2004). An established record label and music publishing company having 14 years Exhibiting at the world’s largest music industry conference (MIDEM) held in Cannes, France licensing & sub-publishing recordings to record label associates from all over the world.

GERRARD CHARLEBOIS
Gerrard studied with Dido and the Hand People in Vancouver and Victoria
as well as the Sagae Taiko Drum Group on Taiko drums for two years in
Japan. He instructs at the beginner and intermediate level on congas,
bongos and djembe drums as well as claves, maracas and guiro. His
musical experience includes group playing with the following ensembles:
Macumba, Brazil, Sabor Latino, Miranda Sage Trio and Quartet, Colin
Godbout Trio, Diane Pancel Quartet, Sara Marreiros, MYC Trio and the MOC
Trio.
Gerrard also holds a BA in English Literature from Carleton University
and an Honorary Teacher's Certificate from Japan where he taught for
three and a half years. Gerrard has also taught creative writing courses
(Memoirs and Journal Writing) for over 20 years at such institutions as
the University of Victoria, Camosun College and many other locations.

Teacher, Master Class and Workshop Clinician in both the classical and jazz genres. He won numerous regional and national awards throughout his formative years as a musician. Recorded for CBC radio and television. Mike is also widely recognized as a multi-instrumentalist. Mike is also on the faculties of the Courtenay Youth Music Centre Instrumental and Jazz summer programs and is also trumpet clinician for the Banff Jazz Orchestra Workshop. He has also presented master-classes and clinics at universities, colleges, and secondary schools across Canada. Mike Herriott is an Artist/Clinician and performs exclusively on Yamaha Trumpets, Flugelhorns, and Trombones.

PATRICK De GABRIELLE
Born in Dublin, Ireland and immigrated to Canada in 1973.
Patrick was a member of a theatrical family, grew up in the theatre, and learned to act and perform musically at a very early age.
He has over thirty years experience in playing and teaching a wide variety of musical styles, such as: Classical, Jazz, Latin, Blues, Rock, Celtic folk, and world rhythms, and Patrick therefore, has much to offer to and inspire students of all ages and levels.
As a teacher of the Royal Conservatory of Music’s classical guitar repertoire, Patrick has guided students to achieve silver medals and first class honors with distinction.
As well as being a very skilled guitarist, vocalist, composer, and prize winner in the North West Classical Guitar Competition, Patrick also teaches mandolin, bass, percussion, tin whistle, fiddle, voice, harmony, improvisation, and theory.

Harpist, percussionist and vocalist With a background in ethnic dance, Patricia is familiar with many world rhythms, such as Arabic and Latin, and incorporates a variety of percussion instruments, including the Bodhran into her unique musical interpretations. Patricia has produced, and directed numerous musical plays and dance productions, is a specialist in the performing arts. Patricia holds a degree in Education and Fine Arts from the University of Lethbridge, specializing in special education and early childhood education.
